FAQs

Q: Which makeup brands do you use?
A: We use a variety of professional-grade products, such as Cinema Secrets, Kryolan, RCMA, etc

Q: How long will my makeup last?
A: Makeup wear depends on several factors such as skin type, weather temperature and humidity, and activity level (e.g. dancing). We use special techniques to maximize the wear of your makeup, while keeping you looking natural and radiant. On a cool day, with minimal activity, you can expect at least 6-8 hours of good wear.

Wedding-related FAQs

Q: I have a large wedding party, how many makeup artists can you provide?
A: If there are more than 5 people in your party, or there’s limited time to service your group, the lead makeup artist will bring one or more assistants (at an extra flat fee per assistant) to ensure efficient service delivery.

Q: How long before my wedding will you do my makeup trial?
A: We usually schedule trials about 3 to 6 weeks before your wedding. This is so that, between the trial and your wedding day, your skin doesn’t change significantly. For example, we wouldn’t do a March trial for a July wedding – your skin may get darker with the summer sun :) Ultimately, your trial date is set based on your availability.

Q: Will I need touch-ups between my ceremony and reception? Is this included in my price?
A: Touch-ups are available for an extra fee. We do give each person we service some blotting sheets/powder after making them up. Most of our past clients have found this to be enough.
